How long does the hair color last?

Depending on hair type and frequency of washing, NovaHair typically lasts from 4-6 weeks. 

How long does a bottle last?

One bottle lasts from approximately 4-6 months or more, depending on hair length and frequency of application. 

Does it work on any hair type?

Yes, NovaHair works on any hair type from 1a to 4c. Thanks to its shampoo-like qualities, it's easily appliable and covers every hair from root to tip.

Does it cause allergies or work on sensitive skin?

NovaHair does contain chemicals that some individuals may be sensitive to for example PPD & Hydrogen Peroxide.

 

We recommend a 24 hour patch test before full application.

Do I need gloves?

Gloves are not required while applying NovaHair Instant Dye Shampoo. 

Does this shampoo leave stains on skin or fabric?

NovaHair leaves no stains on the skin or scalp and washes off easily on the counter or in the bath tub. We do not recommend using white colored fabrics during the dyeing process.

Can I use this shampoo on my beard?

Yes, you can! Our shampoo is perfectly safe and effective for use on your beard, offering the same natural-looking, vibrant color and nourishing benefits as it does for your hair.

Can it be used with my normal hair care products?

We recommend using your normal shampoo and conditioner in between dyes and only use Nova Hair when color reapplication is needed.

    LOVE THIS PRODUCT

    I just used this color shampoo and I am amazed!! Easy application, doesn't splatter everywhere. I did need more than 2-3 pumps though, shoulder length hair, but it got ALL MY GRAYS, except for ONE tiny one along my hairline, oh well. BUT, no chemically smells, my hair is a good texture still and no itchy scalp. Also no drops of dye on my kitchen counter, the bathroom walls etc. This product is definitely worth it! Thank you!
